Letken Group is home to several investment and operating companies owned by appropriately qualified entrepreneurs with a combined business and management experience exceeding 30 years. Our investment portfolio ranges from property, mining, logistics and farming, whilst our service provision entails Business Consultancy, Social Facilitation and Training. Our industry focus is mainly Transport, Agriculture, Education, Mining and Logistics.
Our consultancy service is based Gauteng, Centurion but we also have presence in Limpopo, Northern Cape and North West. In order to expand our global reach and mitigate human contact due to covid-19, we have also invested in high tech solutions that enable us to service clients through digital platforms. Founder & Executive Chairman
Letselela is a Leadership and Change Management practitioner with more than 20 years senior management and experience in government, state-owned entities and business sector. He is well vested in Strategy Development, Leadership, Governance and Stakeholder Relations having worked as a Business Accounting Officer (CEO) for at least two State-owned entities, a Director and Speechwriter for the Office of the Premier, Business Communication Lecturer and Marketing Officer for the University amongst others. He also served in various Boards of Directors, Student Representation and Senator for the University. He also participated in international mission representing the provincial government and the university in Canada, Manitoba. Tshepiso is very passionate about leadership and is a receipt of Sir Abey Bailey Leadership Scholarship which offers him to explore leadership and cultural issues the United Kingdom and Scotland. He is currently responsible for implementing the Vision &Strategy of the Group and also tasked with Leadership Development in our Training Institute.
Group Managing Director
Keneilwe is a former university lecturer in Environmental Education and Sustainable Development. She has supervised and externally examined research dissertation for Masters students for the University of North West and UNISA. She has vast experience Project Management having worked as a Project Manager for Tourism at a District Municipality implementing community projects. She is also well vest with governance issues having served as a Board Members for Provincial Government Entities such as Invest North West (now part of North West Development Corporation) and the Provincial Heritage Resource Authority. Keneilwe is a well-rounded businesswoman with direct business operations in Transport, Training & Development and Farming. She is also currently involved in the aviation industry studying Remote Pilot Lincense specialising in drones and precision agriculture. During her spare time she serves as a volunteer for the Girls Fly Programme in Africa (GFPA).
